Third edition of indispensible guide to case law is out now!
A knowledge of up-to-date case law is indispensable for union reps - and to help them, LRD has published Case law at work 2006-07, the third booklet in its series providing a unique source of information on recent employment law cases.

Under the same chapter headings as its companion volume, LRD's Law at work, Case Law at work 2006-07 contains clear and concise summaries of important cases that have been decided by the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Court of Appeal, the House of Lords and the European Court of Justice.

Covering the employment contract, pay and conditions, union and collective organisation, discrimination at work, sick pay, TUPE dismissal, redundancy and more, this booklet will prove an invaluable guide for reps during negotiations and when preparing to submit tribunal claims.

This new, 148-page edition of Case Law at work adds to the collection of cases provided in previous editions - it does not replace them. Don't rely on out-of-date legal information - buy your copy today.
